ABOUT ME
Putting My Experience
to Work
Firstly; I would like to thank both Kassidy Armstrong and Terri Lynn Tice for the nomination. Words cannot describe my gratitude and appreciation for your support.
The past two years since my last campaign has been full of learning, growing, new experiences and challenges. I’ve learnt that no matter what life has in store, if you have the ability to stay positive, anything is achievable.
Moving forward, I strive to be a positive and respectful person. Sharing more smiles, humour, and joy to those that surround me. Convert pessimism to optimism, value my work ethics, stand for what I believe and constantly look for the opportunity to learn and grow.

I look forward to this opportunity; allowing me to stand for our community and influence some positive changes. I believe our best days are near and I am here for a reason. It’s time to remediate the differences throughout our community and bridge the gaps.

It has always been a goal of mine to break the barrier and pursue the things that make a difference and show that change can be a good thing. This is me; doing just that.

So I encourage you to share that smile, be resilient to set-backs and find strength when faced with adversity. Let’s make the positive changes our community needs. On September 19, 2019; vote Richard A. Pine (Mabto Miiyangun) as your Garden River First Nation Councillor.
